Hash

Harm Reduction Tips for Hash
Start Low, Go Slow
When trying a new product or consumption method always start by taking a smaller dose and slowly increasing your dose until you find the amount that's right for you. Hash is more potent than flower itself so you don't need to much to reach your desired effects. Remember, you can always take more but you can never take less!

Use Proper Heating
Hash can be vaped, dabbed or burned. Use lower heat settings to prevent charring which can release toxins and will also waste your hash!
Avoid Mixing
If using in joints or pipes, avoid mixing with tobacco to reduce nicotine addiction and further harms.
Know Your Source
Hash can contain contaminants like mold, pesticides or other nasties. Look for dry sift or bubble hash when possible

Inhale... Exhale
A common myth when smoking cannabis is that if you hold in the smoke for as long as possible you will get a stronger high. This is just not true as it only takes seconds for THC to enter your system, holding the smoke in is only going to cause easily avoidable damage to your lungs so please look after yourself!
Tolerance
Tolerance to cannabis can build up quicker than you think. Due to the potent nature of hash your tolerance can build up a lot quicker than if you were just smoking buds. To avoid building up a high tolerance space out your sessions as well as starting low and going slow.
