Start Low, Go Slow

When trying a new product or consumption method always start by taking a smaller dose and slowly increasing your dose until you find the amount that's right for you.
Remember: You can always take more but you can never take less!

Tolerance

Tolerance to cannabis can build up quicker than you think, leading you to consume more in order to get the same effects (particularly with oil based vapes). To get the most out of your cannabis try and implement tolerance breaks. This can look like taking a break for a few days or weeks to abstaining from daily use so that when you use in the evening you'll feel more than if you'd been consuming all day.

Cleaning

Residue buildup can release irritants when re heated. To be safe its best to clean your vape with isopropyl alcohol regularly.

Know Your Source

Due to criminalisation and no regulation, street made oil vapes may contain questionable cutting agents including vitamin E acetate.

Inhale... Exhale

A common myth when smoking cannabis is that if you hold in the smoke for as long as possible you will get a stronger high. This is just not true as it only takes seconds for THC to enter your system, holding the smoke in is only going to cause easily avoidable damage to your lungs so please look after yourself!

Low Temperatures

Avoid overheating the oil or buds to prevent degrading cannabinoids and harmful byproducts.

Stir it Up

Make sure to remember to stir up your bowl mid session to ensure even heating and full extraction of cannabinoids.
